address and e-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling
an order or communicating with the customer or supplier.

customer data as private and confidential, and will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law.
We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.

Creative Images by Cynthia has a 30-day, money-back guarantee on products purchased online. If
you are unsatisfied with the merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of returned merchandise in original packaging at buyer's expense and through prior arrangements with Creative Images by Cynthia. Call

Q. How soon will I get my "Piece of Art?"
A. Because your quick satisfaction is important,
your order will be created and processed as quickly as possible. You should
receive your order in seven to fourteen days?
Q. How can I get a larger (8x10, 11x14 or
larger) custom matted picture?"
A. Email your special request by using my
contact form, and I will get back to you by email or
phone?
Q. What will I get when I order my custom
matted landscape photograph, and how will it be packaged?
A. Your "Piece of Art" will be wrapped in sealed
cellophane covering to protect the matte and the photo, shipped in a bubble
paper envelope, to ensure protection against folds or breakage. It comes
mountable for your framing, hanging or placement choices.
Q. When ordering just a photograph, how will I
receive it.
A. When you order just a photograph, you will
receive, via email, a high-quality, 300 dpi JPEG of the image. To use a Cynthia
Massey photograph, in print, electronic medium other publication, you must
include an acknowledgement of the photographers rights to the image using a "By
Line," web link, or alternative disclaimer.
Q. What is an "Oil Rendering," what do you
need to render an oil painting, and how long will it take?
A. An oil rendered painting is simply a painting
of a selected photograph (color or B&W) you want immortalized for life. You may
submit either one or multiple pictures to create whatever composite or single
image desired. The time required to complete an oil painting is dependent on
size, colors and number of images, and should take approximately one month to
complete.
